Shipping

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to many countries all over the world such as to:
- Europe
- United Kingdom
- North, Central and South America
- Australia and New Zealand
- Many asian countries

2 . Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight and dimensions of the package. The shipping costs charged include not only the cost of postage and handling but also related administration costs. These fees cover the careful processing of your order, packaging materials, shipping insurance and ensuring that your items are shipped securely and efficiently. You will see the total shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and aimed to be dispatched to the shipping carrier within 3 business days from receipt of the payment. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched. Please note that processing times may vary during peak periods or holidays. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible. If the delay is significant, you have the right to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund.
4. Delivery Time and Delays
Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch within EU member states, USA and Canada are within 4 to 8 working days; asian countries, Oceania, and south America 2 to 3 weeks; deliveries may take longer and may be subject to delays due to customs processing. Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances. Delivery times are for the dispatch date Monday to Friday, Sweden national holidays excluded.
5. Delivery , Customs , Duties & Taxes
The seller is responsible for delivering the goods to the destination address provided by the buyer. Returns and Refunds terms described here after will apply in case of delivery issues.
For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before placing your order.
Once the goods are in transit and arrive at the destination country, the buyer is responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, and customs fees required for clearance before the goods can proceed to the final delivery address.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. We encourage you to monitor your shipment using this tracking number to ensure timely delivery. If you notice any delays or issues with the delivery, please contact us immediately at [email protected], and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and aim at resolving the problem.
7. Disclaimer on Shipping Vintage Items
We take great care in the handling and packing of all our items to ensure they are protected during transportation. However, due to the nature of the vintage items we sell, it is important to note the following:
Age-Related Fragility: Vintage items are inherently delicate due to their age. Materials such as binding straps, adhesives, and packaging may have deteriorated over time, increasing the risk of damage during transit. For example, items may become detached from their original packaging or suffer other age-related effects.
Risk of Damage During Transit: While we make every effort to secure your purchase, the fragile nature of vintage items means there is a possibility of damage occurring during transportation despite our best efforts. Examples of potential damage include, but are not limited to:
- Parts cracking, detaching, or breaking.
- Paint chipping or flaking.
- Fabrics tearing or fraying.
- Boxes collapsing or losing structural integrity.
Limitation of Liability: We cannot accept responsibility for damage that results from the inherent fragility or age-related condition of the items, including damage such as detached parts, broken components, or other effects due to aging.
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept these risks associated with the transportation of vintage items. If you have concerns or require additional information about the condition of a specific item, please feel free to contact us prior to purchase.
8. Shipping Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at [email protected]. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a refund. For more details, please consult our Returns and Refund Policy.
9 . Complaints & Disputes

Returns and Refunds

1. Right to Withdraw
Customers within the European Union, UK, USA and Canada will have the right to withdraw from purchase and return the product(s) within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from your purchase by an unequivocal statement to [email protected], before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the shipping costs (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
You are responsible for returning the goods no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you ship back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will bear the cost of returning the goods. The goods should be returned in their original packaging and condition.
The reimbursement will be processed within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We may withhold reimbursement in case the goods are not returned in their original condition.
2 . Disclaimer on Item Descriptions and Pictures
We do our best effort to provide accurate and detailed descriptions and pictures for all the vintage items we sell. However, it is important to note the following:
Subjectivity of Descriptions: Due to the nature of vintage items, descriptions may involve a level of interpretation regarding factors such as condition, color, and other characteristics. While we aim to be as precise as possible, some details may be subjective or open to individual perception.
Pictures as Representations: Photographs of the items are taken to provide a clear and honest representation. However, colors and textures may vary slightly depending on lighting, screen settings, and other factors beyond our control.
Acknowledgment of Variations: By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that there may be minor discrepancies between the descriptions, pictures, and your personal perception of the item.

3 . Faulty or Not as Described Goods
If the goods you received are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement. if you experience such issues, please contact us at [email protected] immediately and not later than 14 days from the day you received the goods and we will provide instructions for returning the product at our expense. The refund will be processed within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.
4. Lost or Damaged Goods During Shipping
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, you must send a request for refund to [email protected]. We will take care of submitting a claim for refund to the shipping carrier.
In case you receive a damaged good you should promptly – and not later than 14 days from the date you receive the good – provide to us evidence of the damage required for our claim to the shipping carrier.
Your order may be lost if the delivery is taking longer than the delivery time listed in our shipping policy or longer than typical shipping time for non-listed destinations. Delays in notifying to us the loss of the good beyond two months from the expected delivery date, may compromise our claim to the shipping carrier.
We will issue a claim for refund to the shipping carrier within 7 days from the day you notify the loss or from the day we receive evidence of the damage from you. Your refund will be processed within 14 days from the day we receive refund from the shipping carrier.
5. Refunds Payment
Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for your payment unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. We do not charge any administration fees to process refunds, however you may incur transaction fees –which we will not cover – from your bank or payment service provider as a result of the refund.
